  Been told that this guy was the best in biz, looked through the reviews and gave them a chance. Turns out they are not as professional as they claimed. I gotta hire another freelance guy to patch up their work while they gave lousy excuses like leaks due to the current weather condition or so.

  A few years back we had a backup from a city sewer drain in our basement. My first thought was to call Serv Pro and get them on it right away. They were at my home very quickly and made a plan on how to handle it. When I went outside to meet them, I noticed several Serv Pro vans up and down the street because many of my neighbors experienced the same problem. They took care of the problem effectively and efficiently and I would highly recommend them if you ever have a situation like I had.
