  Ethan was the technician that cleaned the ducts and vents today. This was the first time I have had this type of service and I am very pleased. Ethan took the time to explain what he would be doing and went right to work. He was very professional. I will definitely recommend Service Now to family and friends! One comment I would like to add is that Ethan did not wear his coat when going outside to check the dryer vent. The windchill temperature was maybe 5 degrees!!!

  Nate came out and cleaned my ducts and vents. He did a fantastic job! He showed me before and after videos of him cleaning and it looks amazing now! I have a dog and she sheds a lot and he got all of her hair vacuumed out. He was kind, professional and explained everything to me. I highly recommend Service Now for any a/c install/ repair, heating issues, cleaning and all of the other services they offer. Thank you so much!!

  Chris was very professional and we are happy with our new HVAC system Ethan did a great job cleaning our ducts. We recently got new flooring and I was amazed at how much dust and debris were removed. Highly recommended
