  My first call for an estimate was great. They arrived in fast, 15 minutes! They completed the assessment and gave me an estimate. They arranged my repair appointment quickly. Jon and his crew were knowledgeable, responsive, respectful and polite. There was a supplier delay and Jon contacted us swiftly to explain this. They arrived on time, put down drop cloths and worked at a good pace. We are pleased with their services and would recommend this company.

  With winter coming, I decided to take advantage of the coupon Chatham Comfort Control made available to get my furnace cleaned and checked. However, on the morning of my appointment, they called asking to reschedule for later that day. Apparently another customer's boiler required an emergency repair and they were readjusting that days schedule in an effort to accommodate everyone. Since the maintenance work I was having done was not urgent, I agreed to reschedule for the next day. Early the next morning, service technician Nate, arrived on time and got the job done. He was personable yet professional and I was very satisfied. I have a lot of respect for a company that provides a great value along with excellent customer service. Particularly when they care enough to do all they can to resolve a customer's problem. It will be my pleasure to tell my family and friends about Chatham Comfort Control.
