  We needed the pipes replaced on our hot water heater and Will saved the day! He was professional, knowledgeable and very thorough.   I called this morning after another company failed to give me an estimate on replacing my unit. After speaking with them they sent Paul out at a time that was convenient for me due to a funeral I had to attend. Paul came and identified the issue. Everyone I have spoken with either on the phone or in person was extremely professional and polite. I will not be using anyone else for any of my HVAC needs!

  The technician from TLM Emergency Commercial Hvac was very punctual for his appointment. He was able to professionally diagnose the problem. He has the right regulatory credentials that he shared with me. He even promised to light the ignition for the water heater when the gas comes on. I highly recommend him and will be calling him again for any HVAC related service.5 STARS!
