Had a great experience with Samuel. He was very knowledgeable and genuinely cared about my situation. As a retired senior, I was fortunate to have this experienced young man respond to my needs. He was very thorough and explained everything. I opted to sign up for their annual service program and look forward to being a client of Service Champions. For those who shutter at the thought of having to deal with HVAC companies because of the extremely high costs, not a problem here. I sincerely believe that I got a lot more for my money than I would have at another company. I was given respect and I developed trust, rather quickly, thanks to Samuel. A truly great experience.

We worked with Service Champions for a full installation of a new AC and heating system for the house. We saw a lot of people from their team in the process, up to5 at the same time at one point. All of them were very professional and performed great. The entire business took less than a week. On Friday afternoon, Sam came in for an inspection of a faulty furnace and discovered the extent of our problem. Basically the stuff was old and well overdue for an upgrade. He identified an immediate solution for the most pressing problem, and also put us into contact with Shaun to look at more substantial work. Shaun showed up later that day to survey the existing, and worked a couple of hours to come up with a few options. He was very straightforward and helpful. On Wednesday the next week a crew of 4 or 5 spent the entire day from 9am to 9:30pm removing the old setup and installing the new one, led I believe by Juan. It was not an easy job, with challenging access, but they pushed through. They would have finished too but at the very end the system threw out an error and everybody was too tired to go at it again. Mike showed up the following day and fixed everything. I really cannot fault anything in the quality of the service we have received so far. These guys know their business and in my case at least, made everything happen very fast. We have signed up for their periodic maintenance program too.

We have an ongoing contract with Service Champions for check-ups and maintenance. The contract also gives us discounts on major work. We have been happy with major work done. Thinking of this check-up visit from Joel, he was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Joel explained some filter cleaning on our mini-splits that I was unaware of and can now handle myself. Would be happy to have Joel do our service again.
