  The team at Sensible Heating and Cooling were the most timely and efficient HVAC business I have ever worked with. The quote given was honored and the work completed was done in a professional and timely manner, Aaron covered all my personal belongings so that items weren't damaged do to the additional work needed to install my new furnace. The team definitely took the time, care, and sensitivity to provide the best costumer service I have ever encountered. I highly recommend this HVAC company.

  I've been telling friends and family and people who don't even yet need HVAC services about Sensible. We had connection to them through our rental landlord for 6.5 years and then bought our own home. Our warranty co. sent out a different crew that took six different trips to figure out what Sensible technicians figured out in 1 trip- that we needed a new control board. Our experience with Sensible was incredible generally but was night and day in comparison to the other company. Sensible made what is a new homeowner's nightmare less anxiety-inducing because of their practices. Their office staff and technicians are kind, respectful, efficient, and have integrity, and their technicians are second to none with regard to their skill and knowledge. Even more? They provided us with a brand new furnace right before Christmas during a pandemic within a few days of their diagnosis, and their prices were still reasonable. They also were able to find a spot where our venting wasn't up to code and could have burned down our home- something our inspector didn't even catch. I will shout their praises far and wide and will never use anyone else for our HVAC needs. They even registered our new furnace's warranty for us and scheduled the inspector for us. Honestly an incredible experience from start to finish; I wish I could give more stars.

  Our home furnace from 1979 failed on us this winter. We were grateful to M and M for quickly scheduling and assessing a replacement for the furnace and a new hot water heater. They ordered the necessary equipment and were able to install the new systems within the week. Cody and David worked diligently over the course of two full days to install the system, thoroughly. They were also able to replace a frozen pipe that had burst. Joe was also kind and helpful when transporting new and old equipment to and from our home. Their efficiency and attention to detail brought warmth back to our home, and likely prevented further damage from the cold. We are grateful for their service. The total service cost amounted to approximately $15,400, which included a hydronic gas boiler system, zone valve head, zone control panel, variable circulator pump and 50 gallon hot water heater.
