  Everyone at Empoira was fantastic to work with, from Melissa who helped schedule my appointments to Dale who answered my calls even after hours! The techs who came out (Chris, Terence and Carl) were incredibly professional and courteous. They wore masks and protective foot covers. They also explained exactly what they needed to do an why. They gave me multiple options on my new furnace systems to work with my budget. I absolutely recommend this company!

  We have worked with Emporia since we moved to our house a few years ago and they have been great to work with. Chris came to do our HVAC system maintenance today and was nothing but professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was looking for, cleaned our system and gave us a detailed evaluation. We highly recommend this company.

  I don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to because the experience I had with emporia was so impressive! First off my heater died a few weeks ago,I had 3 other local HVAC companies that came in and constantly quoted me for a whole system replacement or items I did not need or want! I was very upset that I had nothing but sales people instead of someone who could actually resolve my problem without breaking the bank! I was referred to Emporia by my neighbor here in Littleton he said it was a smaller company but their service was impeccable! I laughed like sure pal let’s try again and see what ridiculous quote I get. I made the call and from that call I knew the customer service was what I was looking for, they scheduled me in quickly and got exactly what I was needing with no pressure of nonsense add ons! But wait there’s more… the next day I had the two most amazing techs (Adrian/Cody) come in and install my new furnace! Wow these guys were so professional and polite I was blown away. And when they completed in a timely manner the work was beautiful which is kind of weird to say about a furnace. They left the place cleaner than what it was!They also took their time to explained how to use my new thermostat in a way where I can understand! Thank you for my new furnace Emporia team 😊 I will definitely continue business with you in the future!
