  After Sears was a no-show twice, they had the gall to say they did not have another appt. until May 3rd. I called these guys randomly. They couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They said they could come out the same day, which they did. They were very professional through the whole process. They were great at communicating what they were doing. Even the price was very reasonable. A big thank you to them, and I will be back!

  I was able to get a technician out the day after I first called. Diagnoses was fast and the appointment for repair was set by the end of the day! Repair was very well priced and efficiently executed! This was especially exciting since other companies said they couldn't fix a wine fridge.
