  The quality of the merchandise is fine, no complaints there. The delivery men who brought out our refrigerator did an excellent job. We couldn't be happier with them and the price we paid was reasonable. But this is the second item we purchased through them and it was a nightmare getting a delivery date. Long, long story short, they kept changing the delivery date. This happened with both purchases. The first time we assumed it was a fluke, just one of those things. So we gave them a second chance. Practically the same thing all over again. Extremely frustrating!!! Eventually we did receive what we paid for.
