We had a new HVAC system and inside air handler with new thermostat installed. The technicians we on time and did a fantastic job in a timely manner. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure that we knew how to use our new thermostat before they left. We will use Sears Home Improvement in the future.

Replacement windows and sliding glass doors. Cost $14,000. Communication sucks, staff not capable of connecting you to the correct person and when contacted they BS you and are not professional at all, don't know what they are doing or how to do their job. Sales manager not capable of ensuring the job gets completed. Will not talk to his customer when questions are asked. Final inspection completed 3 months ago, July 31, 2021 and window installation still not complete. Have parts of windows stacked on the window sill. Stay away from this company if you want your project completed to your expectations.

We hired Sears third time, because our first time experience was excellent. And now they have completed the job second time also, I am looking forward to hire them again. They really do an excellent job!
