Price was 3 times my quote. I added tile to be cleaned and it was done poorly. Carpets were cleaned except around the baseboards. They were not cleaned at all on my carpet and my stairs. They left the furniture out where they moved it and some places weren’t cleaned at all. One of the workers was very rude. I contacted the business to complain. Owner was very nice and said she’d take care of it. She never called me back. I later found out the rude worker was her brother. Way too much money for the service. Don’t use this company.

The Sears Carpet Cleaning Service in Beckley WV quoted me a price to clean two rooms and my stairwell. When they arrived, I was told the price was much higher. I called the office and they were rude. Frank, the carpet cleaner, was helpful and respectful. I would caution you to get their quote for services in writing, not trustworthy.
