  Sent in by my HVAC installer to pick up some ducting for them while they continued working. Paid cash. Went to return the unused items, and was treated with the most disrespect I've ever endured in a store. The guy at register told me they'd send a check to the installer since the amount was $75, and they don't reimburse cash over $50. I said that wouldn't work. He shrugged. I asked for a manager. He pointed at a guy eating a sandwich, who when I asked for his help, completely and intentionally ignored me. The register guy smirked at me. "So I can't return these items" "Nope". All while standing under this big sign that talks about hassle-free returns. Worst. Service. Ever. My small purchase means nothing, so I encourage you to take your money elsewhere.
