My dishwasher has been broken since 2020. I have had Sears at my house multiple times since then, every time someone comes out they tell me nothing wrong, say it’s working and leave only for the exact same problem of the dishwasher stopping halfway through the cycle to continue to occur. No tech stays long enough to see the problem. Last service they installed a new sensor and didn’t even stay to make sure that fixed the problem, it didn’t. Now it’s almost a year later, still no working dishwasher, just appointments months apart with a different tech showing up, running a diagnostic cycle and leaving every time. I just want a working dishwasher and it’s been a year and I have paid for many visits and have gotten absolutely no where.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He repaired my dryer in short order and saved me from having to buy a new one. I would definitely call this company again.
