Outrageous costs for diagnosis and service. The part cost was about 1/3 of the price of a new microwave. Total time from initial request, to actually being onsite, to actual diagnosis, and final repair was about a month. I would only use this service in an absolute last choice going forward, and I would never recommend this service to anyone else. The only bright spot was Tom the service technician who is top notch. The rest of the organization is at best “poor but passing”.

* This was the best repair service that I have ever received through my AHS contract. The technician replaced the defective heating element and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Thank you!

Our refrigerator gave out early Saturday morning. We called Sears right away. They gave us the first available time slot on Tuesday. He was a bit late, but knew what he was doing right away. We asked questions, and he answered them. It was a lengthy repair. Well done!
