  Moved here from Illinois 2 years ago. Had Laser do a maintenance service on our air. Michael did our service. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing as he worked. Told us the advantage of getting a routine maintenance check. Last week I called Laser because we thought the emergency heat was not working with the cold weather. Michael came out once again. Evidently the heat pump and emergency heat are not the same type as we have been used to up north. He was very informative about our heat pump and emergency heat and informed us on how the system operated. He also checked the system and found it was operating correctly. Thank you to Laser for assisting us.

  “I wanted to send a quick note sending our appreciation for all the hard work that went into this job. You were an excellent help and we felt we were in good hands right from the beginning. We also really appreciate how you managed to just roll with our add ons and make this work. Laser AC company owner and crew were fantastic. The guys were tidy, very respectful of my business , they worked well together and answered any questions that came up. It's great to have a crew as pleasant as this group was. I know without a doubt we would recommend Laser Air Conditioning both for the ease of dealing with the company itself and in the strengths of the people you employ.   I had a system installed by Lazer and all went well and even bragged about how good the company was and even referred neighbors to them. Won't make that mistake again. But went it came time to honor the warranty, that's when the true colors of Lazer Heating & Air came to play. I just read the 3 reviews and they must be talking about another company or it was written by the owners family because I'm not getting the same service from Lazer Heating and air. Big disappointment with this company and I'll leave it at that. It's a shame how they take advantage of Senior's in Hernando county.

  Mr Dubaj I am sorry you lost faith in are company, you have been a great customer over the years. I know you referred us work in the past, and I wish there was something we could do for you. You have a 10 year parts and 10 labor warranty through J and B insurance. If you need us to transfer it to a different dealer we are here. We get paid by J and B to work on your system, so I don't know what happened. We installed your system in 2018 I am truly sorry to lose you as a customer. David Kosharsky President
