The technician was great. However, A&E as a company was terrible to deal with. There is never a chance to speak with a live person using any of the phone numbers they provide. The doors on our new refrigerator were damaged. Home Depot contracted with A&E to replace the doors. The technician arrived the first time with no idea of what he needed to do. The second time he arrived, only one door had been delivered. I tried to call and notify someone prior to his arrival but there was no way of doing this so we rescheduled once the tech arrived. I received a call yesterday to remind me of the third appointment and it was rescheduled by A&E today with no notification to me. If I had not checked, I would have never known. I went to reschedule through their automated system and it allowed me to reschedule for today, which was very strange. The tech showed up today, the original day scheduled, to repair the refrigerator. The chat option in the mobile platform does not work. My experience with A&E was not good at all.

Called several days before hand and talked with me about the issue. Ordered parts and sent them to my home. Came out, was on time, completed the repair. Very friendly, efficient service. Highly recommend.

I had a problem with my refrigerator cooling about a year ago. I was on a sears refrigerator appliance contract. I called them to THe Sears warrnties and expensive and not cracked up to be what one would think. arrange a service person . He had to come all the way from Hillsville VA to make the repair here in Hickory NC . It took three weeks to get them here. When this gentleman arrived he was nice and had to order a part. It took another three weeks to get the part . I was to be without the use of the refrigerator for about 7 weeks . I went ahead and bought a new one from Lowes Home Improvement and they delivered in about 3-4 days. The repairman man said they did not have any repairman around Hickory area. . I then called sears and canceled my contract and got my partial refund. What a disappointment that turned out to be.
