  Please let me help as many as I can!! Might want to think more than Twice on this one! Bought a brand new riding lawn mower from sears hometown in Benton,Ar.. Been saving for about 8 months for a new mower. This time I should of bought a brand that will stand behind their product. Instead I was like I can pay cash have no payments and what can go wrong! Right? Didn’t happen!! So I go online and thought I would by locally and help a smaller business which I didn’t know sears was owned independently. On 1/31/19 bought a new riding mower. On 2/1/2019 went down to pick up my new mower. I was thinking. I have this brand new riding mower I won’t have to push mow this year and I won’t be sweating and hating to mow! So I was on a couple of clouds higher than the normal cloud 9! I go up there and he showed me the mower I bought but grabbed a different mower and said I’ll meet you by the dock. I was thinking that’s weird but I’m still happy I don’t have to push a mower!! I drove around to the dock and we go to load the mower and it’s missing things. I started pointing them out. He starts running his mouth and I was like. I don’t want this mower just give me back my money $1,300.00. He said it’s as is you cant do anything about it and it’s your problem. I said I bought a brand new mower it says it on the email receipt. I never received a receipt! He was supposed to wait till I got there to put it on my debit card but he ran my card before I got there. He knew!!!! Looking back now! He Knew!!! Got with my bank Simmons Bank. I’ll do a review on them next. Took 2 months and I called them weekly finally sent me a decision on my dispute. Really surprised me said we r not going to give you back your money because you have the lawnmower. True I did have the lawnmower. They went out of business where could I take it I asked the bank that. Now I’m like ok. Missing the center cap on steering wheel, front tires looks like it’s half penguin and mower. On my second time to use it well the steering wheel would turn but not the front tires. Technician came 6/3/19 min out said a nut came off the bolt. Great not as bad as I thought. I keep all my tools clean, vehicles and lawnmower the same. Get ready to mow push the handle to turn the blades on belt breaks. 6/14/19. I have a two year warranty but I know it’s not on everything. I don’t have 2 hours on the mower and the belt breaks. My clouds I was on now they are raining down on me. So I called sears like I did a few weeks ago and they said I could order a new belt but $53 part and shipping. Doug said if I order the belt right now I’ll have a year warranty!! Really, Really,Really!! How come the brand new belt I just bought on a brand new mower doesn’t have a warranty?? All of a sudden he doesn’t understand stand what I’m saying. I only know one language(I wished I knew more) The sears technician will b here on Monday the 6/17/19. The part will have to b ordered and who knows how long that might take Sorry this is so long but I’ll let everyone know what happens on Monday. I hope this will help to let everyone know how you to will b done by a name brand that’s struggling and closing stores and not doing the right thing. Karma is hungry and will bite the ones who have done wrong!!!
