This is not the technician’s fault. When a customer calls to get the appliance repaired and they show up without the part on the truck, that is a problem. Also it seems as if I just paid $99 plus tax for them to tell me what was wrong with my dryer, when I already knew it was not heating up. I even told the lady on the phone when I scheduled the appointment it was the heating element. Then to quote me $434 to wait another week before the part and schedule would work out is ridiculous. I will not call Sear’s again. No wonder Sears went out of business.

This repairman was great! He ordered all new parts to solve my problem. So finally after several other repairmen, BOTH of my double ovens work at the same time!!!! Woohoo!! Just in time for baking season!
