  Doug and Joe arrived on time, and installed a new gas line to our pool heater. They were very professional and nice. The install passed inspection and they were priced very reasonably. I called them about our ac unit not cooling, and Joe came and found a loose wire and had us fixed in five minutes. He came at 9:30 in the morning and I didn’t call until 8:45 that morning. A couple weeks later our indoor fan wasn’t working. He came and fixed the control board to get the ac working. Our units are 20+ years old. We were trying to baby them as much as we could. We priced new units two years ago, and the prices two years ago were almost the same price as what Joe had quoted us this season, And we added a mini split system for upstairs. We priced another hvac in Piqua for just the gas line, and they were triple the price of Meredith. These guys are kind and courteous. They are now our forever go to hvac company. Hands down the best.

  I used Meredith for over 20 year's. Doug has always been top notch 👌 and his crew . Also Joe does an excellent job 👏 , Doug is lucky to have him as an employee 😀..

  Defintately don't recommend this company at all. The person who oringinally came out was decent, and knew what he was doing. However when the company was called the person on the end of the line wasn't professional. Then comes the day for the installation process. Besides the fact it took literally hours upon hours, we weren't informed of anything as to what was going on with the installation. Next when you did ask a question they were very helpful to your face, however.....when you walked away. Well that was a different story. You could hear the workers conversating about what an idiot the person who asked the question was. Granted their equipment may be good, and the initial person who came out was good but I would not recommend them to anyone. Their professionalism isn't even what I would qualify as lackluster. I mean if someone generally asks for help don't give it and then talk about that person when they leave not if you want the business.
