The service rep himself was excellent and he quickly replaced the broken ice maker within a few minutes but trying to get Sears to answer the phone is ridiculous. I'm trying to cancel my maintenance contract since I found out they don't repair Viking appliances and most of mine are that brand, unfortunately I can't seem to get Sears to respond. Guess I'll need to pretend to be a potential new customer.

Never came. Always canceled on day of appointment. Excuses were your professional assigned quit, we have no one else to send. You have to wait another month. Your homeowners insurance which was Cinch canceled your appointment, sorry.
