  These are great people, who give personal service with a caring attitude. No one wants a heating or air conditioning problem, but in those stressful moments ,you'ld like to think that the people you call are going to take care of your needs and not gouge a hole in your wallet . The Gibsons care.

  We have used Gibson several times. They have replaced a heating system and installed several mini-split heat pumps at homes we have owned. I have always been quite happy with the quality of the work.

  Paid them $80 for a service call to fix one of our units and they said they couldn't fix it and it needed to be replaced. Said their boss would call us or email us the estimate. Been waiting 10 days for an estimate that apparently isn't coming, and I've called them twice. Needless to say, we're having it replaced with another business.
