  He came in spent 10 minutes opening my stove, left and told my home warranty that my stove was chewed up by rats and shorted out by roaches. He said needed 2 boards. It is a LIE! I do not have either. Not 1 roach in my home! Not one rat! It needed and oven element, not a board. If you don't want to drive to do the repairs don't take the job. He collected $175 from warranty company to only come in to see what was wrong.

  The telephone customer service is/was appalling. The parts were ordered by Sears Home services but not delivered, said they were on back order for 22 days. I got in the internet, found the 2 parts myself. I had the 2 parts in hand in 5 days. The repairman came & installed them. He was fine. Telephone Customer service refused to refund my pre-paid charges $574 because I did not follow Warranty protocol!!!!!!!! It has been a nightmare attempting to talk to a logical supervisor to retrieve my $$$! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APPLIANCE WARRANTY. They are not trustworthy, would not call me back to offer a refund. I had to call BBB to get involved. As if this date 5/12/21, I still have not received my refund. I was promised the $$$, I’m still skeptical as to whether they will respond positively!
