The guy that came out to look at it. Thought it could be 1 of 2 different things wrong. He ordered 2 parts which cost me $600. The guy that came to install it was confused why there was 2 parts. He installed them anyways. Told us to give it 24 hours. An hour after he left the temp control went back to saying “H1”. We messaged a person on the website and he told us to give it 24-48 hours. The next day it still said H1. We again chatted with someone and they said we would not be able to get someone out until December 2 to look at it again. We have been waiting a month for you guys to fix it and now we had to buy a small fridge to get through Thanksgiving with.

Do not use this repair service. I was quoted a price by the first technician who came out. The second technician charged me more and told me there was nothing he could do about it. Definitely not an honest company go elsewhere!

Our part arrived 8 days early. Its the correct part. good quality. And it was cheaper than most places. Thier return policy is great giving a year for returns as long as its in the same condition. I will order parts through them again.
