  I have been a customer of theirs since 1986, I bought a tv, they asked if I wanted to add additional 2 years of warranty onto my purchase since it was very expensive, so I agreed. The tc went bad in 1 month, so I took it back and got another one, now the tc went bad again. I called the store, told them I bought the extra 2 year warranty for which I was told that the 2 years actually started the day I cought the tv, so actually it only extends the warranty by 1 year. If I was told that, I wouldn't have wasted the money at all. The sad part is that I've know the family since I was 5 years old, back in the old days, Sam Huppin would have helped be out, but I suppose things change with the times. All I can see is even if you arent told, THE EXTENDED WARRANTY IS 1 YEAR! Not 2 as I was told.

  3 at best Their offerings have dropped to the point where you can select Very high end or big box store quality. polk kilspes are lower end spears while BMW charges a huge amount for the box finish. Receivers are not much better unless you think Denon is amazing, hint, it's not. Huppin's was Spokane's only real audio store for years now it's just a shell of what it use to be and this has left Spokane with no real audio store. Bottom line. Unless you are looking to drop serious money, 15K on more, Huppins is just a Best buys.

  Huppin's installed my home network system. Couldn't be more pleased as other IT people have said that equipment installed is top tier when I wouldn't have known otherwise. Everyone has also been very helpful and responsive when questioned about how everything was set up and worked together. Will definitely use again when our sound system is set up. Pricing was also very competitive. Great Job!!
