Worst joke of a service call I've ever experienced. Tech arrived stayed total of 13 mins and without ever plugging washer in or running diagnostics said my washer needed new bearings at $800. Oddly enough I attempted once more in frustration to start a cycle and it ran normally and has numerous loads since. It just needed to be reset which was done by me unplugging. As of 2 weeks later my service call charge has not been refunded after numerous calls.

I put in an order online for later pickup. My schedule changed so I needed to move my pickup time up. Yvette Explain to me that she could not change it to a specified time but that she would be more than happy to call me when the order was completed. For some reason my account did not have the proper phone numbers in it and Yvette was unable to reach me to inform me that my order was ready. Rather than leave the order sitting hoping that I would call back, she dove into the Internet and began searching. And lo and behold she discovered my company which is Covenant Appliance Repair and she called there. Thus getting through to someone that could deliver the message to me. We always say customer care is the key, and we see that Kroger has the same philosophy. Thank you Yvette, We really appreciate your commitment to customer satisfaction

Might be helpful if they didn't put you on hold until everyone went home...oh gee...how convenient. No way to resolve customer issues. Take our money just fine but Heaven forbid if we need to get in contact with anyone for services we paid for. Must be a great job to sit all day doing nothing until time to go home...just leave the customers on hold . We will never buy anything from Sears again...never have we dealt with such poor customer service...or I should say...lack of. I feel sorry for your customers.
