Our repair technician was prompt, courteous, friendly and efficient. Our first appointment had to be delayed due to time constraints. As a result Rick made every effort to ensure we were still able to complete the assessment. He then provided us with a number to reach him in case our parts came in early and we were both available to complete the repair ahead of time. Kudos to the Sears team from start to finish! The repair guy was great.  He called and told me a time and he was there when he said he would be.  He never did anything without telling me a price. That is very important to me.  I've been had by car mechanics.  This man was very professional and Sears was great.  Highly recommend.

Repair schedule very easy to set up via computer and I'm old!  Repairman Rick called 1st and arrived early in the morning, nice man Rick, I liked him right away.  Diagnosis quick and efficient, we agreed on price and the thing was done.  Ice maker now working fine and all is well.  In all a pleasant experience. Was provided prompt and courteous service from the representative who handles warranty claims and was able to schedule for service repair to come to my home on a Saturday.
Service Repair man was there in the morning, very polite, and quickly discovered the problem with my washing machine.  Though there was work to be done, he gave me plenty of information regarding the upkeep and maintenance for my clothes washer.  Was very satisfied with the service.

The service repair man was excellent.  My problem is that it took three weeks to get someone to my house to repair my dryer.  Do you have any idea how much of an inconvenience that is for your customers?  My husband and I bought the insurance on our new appliances and pay good money for that service.

Sears needs to improve the timeline on serving your customers who live in Southeastern Oklahoma.

If you need a technician to repair your refrigerator, and they send Shawn, then you don’t have to worry about it, he will do whatever it takes to get it up and running as soon and as efficiently possible. If he has to go back and clean up messes caused by someone else who had previously misdiagnosed the problem, he can do that too. Ours took longer than we would have liked, no fault of his.

Disappointed.  What I asked to be done during the repair wasn't done.  Serviceman said he worked mainly on Dishwashers and Microwaves and he didn't have the tools, parts nor the experience to do what needed to be done.  He did tell me to call again before my extended warranty expired and request a serviceman perform the task I originally ask for... "why did you come?"  He cleaned around the rubber molding and did analyze efficiency with his computer, but that was about it.  Waste of time and money.  Now I have to wait around another day for a repairman to come.  Not satisfied with the service that I paid for.

I wasn't home but my husband was.  The technician arrived at the time he said he would and replaced the heating element in our dryer.  The total cost was over $277.00 which I think is excessive.  He was in and out in 30 minutes and from what my husband said it seemed like an easy fix.  If I had been home I would have paid ONLY the $79.00 and ordered the part and replaced it myself.
