I have a Kenmore refrigerator that is not cooling the fridge and the freezer is way to cold. Had to wait a month for a technician to come look at the refrigerator and diagnose. He told us the air duct and cover assembly had to be replaced. The tech took longer selling us the warranty service than looking at the refrigerator. He told us he would order parts and they would have them delivered to our residence within a week and he would make our next appointment jan. 3rd and when I would get the parts he would come back. It's Jan 11th and no fridge fixed. I thought Sears would have these parts readily available since it's their brand refrigerator.

my heat went out Monday, I called that morning and by the afternoon there was someone there to check the issue. I love that there is never a wait when you need service. The technician arrived and was very knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to answer any questions that I asked. he figured out the issue within 30 mins after his arrival. I love sears, whenever I have an issue, I always call them because they are fast, courteous and knowledgeable. thanks sears!

The order was to have my furnace, which I bought from Sears, serviced. The technician came but did not know how to work on the furnace so he left and came back the next day with another person who supposedly knew how to work on my furnace. They never did any work on the furnace but gives me a bill for the $169 service call. Why do you send technician who does not know how to service "your products?" I paid but still had to call another company to service my furnace and pay again. Sears is not what they used to be. This man had no idea what he was doing!!! I will never call Sears again nor recommend them to anyone for service. I'm sure they won't do it but I think they should refund my money.
