From the very beginning meeting with Gary, the professionalism was great. The most impressive response to me was their heart and care. Our unit was totally gone and it is very hot in the summer and this company brought window units to our home to use until our unit could be installed. That meant so much to us. They are a great company with such perfect and awesome customer service. Every company could learn from this great company who employs phenomenal,  great hearted folks. Thank you so much. From the time of our first phone call to the install,  everything was excellent. Gary was awesome to work with and the install team was top notch. Gary even brought us 2 window units to use while we waited for the the new system. That takes customer service to a whole new level.  I have been in the customer service business myself for 36 years,  and this experience has made me a better customer service representative,  myself.  I  don't think that they could have done one thing better. I  did not get a chance to meet the owner,  but he should be proud of what he's built,  and the people he employs.  Thank you all, for all that you did for us! You have a customer for life,  and we will be referring everyone we know to you.

There aren't enough words to express how happy I am for choosing to do business with Capital City Heating and Cooling. From the initial phone call to set up my estimate to the end was nothing short of how an experience should be. Tony the salesman truly listened to my needs, was professional, kind, courteous, respectful, personable, and one of those people you can't help but like. The same goes for Clayton, Johnny, and DJ who all worked on my systems. Other companies gave me quotes thousands of dollars more, and for equipment they wanted me to buy, not what I needed and wanted. This is a reason I chose to work with them, besides how comfortable and confident they would do an outstanding job. I just had that gut feeling with them.

I had issues with my upstairs air handler freezing over and leaking water everywhere which Clayton listened to my concerns about the unit and instilled confidence in me that he would quickly diagnose and fix the issues at hand which he did.

Johnny and DJ did an amazing job on my install of my downstairs furnace and AC coil, and I could tell they take great pride in their work. They answered all of my questions, and were both extremely professional and down to earth. The work they did is clean and immaculate.

DJ stayed behind late to not only put not one but two new safety switches to turn my unit off as safety measures if for some reason it doesn't drain properly, an EZ trap, and replace my plastic auxiliary pan which was cracked with a metal one, and a better solution for draining on my upstairs system which Clayton recommended I have done to eliminate the leaking and overflowing issues I was having.

I will be switching to them to be my go to heating and air company, and utilizing their annual contra t services to maintain my systems.

Do not hesitate pick up the phone, and allow them to give you the same easy going worry free experience I had.

Fantastic, knowledgeable folks with reasonable prices.  Their finance options are good.  Their tech was fun but also very professional.  I got Johnny fortune to head up my build and will use him for my HVAC needs in the future

Getting scheduled and other logistics took a couple weeks but the ac unit that got replaced is working great and English was nice along the way!!!!

Only suggestion would be more contact in the sales side.. y'all have a great service and would love to see a lot more umpfh to close the deal with y'all

I have used Capital City Heating and Cooling numerous times and have always had a great experience.  Recently my upstairs AC unit stopped cooling, I contacted Capital City Heating and Cooling and they had one of their technicians out to my house the same afternoon and corrected the issue! Chris and the entire Capital City Heating  & Cooling team are second to none. My mother had her system replaced by Chris during a snow storm in 2016 and that summer our AC system broke.  My mom was so pleased at their work and professionalism, we knew we'd call them too. Chris immediately came to our home and knowing the parts would take a couple of days, he brought a window unit air conditioner to our home to keep us comfortable until his team could perform the replacement. It's customer service like this that shows they care! He also re-ran the duct in our attic to allow better air flow and cool the upstairs bedrooms more efficiently than how the builder designed.  We couldn't have been more pleased.  The system was so quiet, you wouldn't know it was running.  We've since sold our home and moved to another state which is unfortunate because I would have continued using Capital City for years to come. You will NOT be disappointed.

Can’t say enough about this company! Have used Capital City for all my  HVAC maintenance/repair needs for numerous years now and have been super pleased each time. No matter how busy they are, response time is fast and diagnoses are made quickly and accurately, followed by grade A work. On top of that, everyone from the owner Chris to the receptionist to the other workmen, are so nice and pleasant to deal with. Thumbs up!

This is the 2nd time we have called Capital City to troubleshoot out unit. The first time was last year. Our system was not working efficiently and our electric bill skyrocketed! The technician came out and, it turns out, it was a really easy fix. So easy that he just charged the base price for the service call. Other companies may have tried to inflate the bill and suggest extra "needed" service.
This time we were having issues again with inefficiency, high electric bill etc. We called this morning and they fit us in quickly and had a technician, Justin, out within a couple of hours,.
Justin was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He looked past the "obvious" and dug deeper to get to the root of the trouble. He called the manufacturer for additional tech support and found the exact cause of the problem and got it fixed. He took the time to explain what was going on and what to look out for in the future. The cost for the service call and materials (refrigerant) was extremely reasonable. Just like the last technician, he didn't look for ways to suggest expensive repairs and service.
I really appreciate the integrity and professionalism displayed by this company! I will definitely be referring you to my Real Estate clients whenever they are looking for HVAC help!
