Do not use this service. I had an appointment for sometime between 8am - 12 pm. At 11:45 no one had shown up so I tried the online chat service to check on my appointment. I was assured the technician would contact me soon. Never did. A while later I chatted again and was assured my work would be completed today with another promise that the technician would contact me. Waited a while again and called. The person on the phone once again assured me someone would contact me and the work would be accomplished today. It was not. Sears texted me a while later to say my appointment had been moved out 6 days. Do not use this service. I have transcripts of the conversations to prove what I’m saying. I suspect another lie will be told by their employees with regard to this.

The service repair appointment was easy to make and the repairman was very professional and nice. However, their estimate to repair a 9 month old stove that cost a little over $1,000 was actually over $1,000. That just doesn't make sense. They said we could have it repaired under warranty but it would take eight weeks to get it done. We did not use them.

Already had a diagnostic but after over a week I gave up on prior company getting the job done. Called Sears....( the American Mainstay right?) 129$ to show up....internet ad states if I elect to proceed with repair then service fee would be waived...uh uh....wuth a straight face....129$ is actually 141.30$ part is 40$ total bill will be....430$....unless I opt for the Sears Home warranty....then the service fee waived.... I've been mugged more honestly. Good riddance to Sears.
