  Called the Sears customer repair due to my ice maker not working. Man came out replaced a part. Then told me all I needed to do was replace the filter. I replaced the filter and still not working. Called the man back and he said well he wasn't coming back, call the repair center back up and they will schedule another visit and may not be him. I called talked and told them that he did not fix the ice maker and they said they would report that, since I called after work hours. Never heard back from them. Do not use the that service.

  They were great- I signed up for a 17 point check on two dishwashers since I renewed my warranty-Tech was great and the whole process was without issues
