  All Systems Go was great to work with when my water heater wasn't working. The technician was prompt and responsive. He determined that my old water heater had reached the end of its life and found us a replacement and got it installed in the same day. Pricing was competitive and service was excellent! I highly recommend!

  Fraudulently double charged my credit card and would not correct it - had to Go to my credit card company for help. Didn’t repair system but charged more than a doctor would before even doing work!

  We were very surprised and disappointed to see this review, Brad, as we were still trying to get to the bottom of your charges. We are not "First Choice Electric" and did not find a double charge. We were waiting to hear back from you with an update from your bank, so that if the issue was indeed our fault, we would provide you with a prompt refund. Mikey Barnes is extremely kind, honest and hardworking, so this one star review is totally unfair. Freon is expensive, and other HVAC companies charge $100 a pound. Your system held seven pounds. The $444 you paid was for recharging your system with Freon and nitrogen (for leak testing), and for the time Mikey took to trace down the leak; something he couldn't fix that day because you wanted to go through your warranty with Lennox. Mikey tried to contact Lennox, and he kept in contact with you through texting. He was transparent about everything. He went above and beyond what we expect from our licensed technicians. The lesson we learned from this: have the customer contact the company who initially installed their HVAC unit. They have the proper authorization to get parts from Lennox under warranty without getting approval.

  I don't normally take a lot of time to actually write a review, but this time I felt compelled to go above and beyond. They came quickly, on time, got me fixed up at a reasonable price. Thank you ALL SYSTEMS GO.
