Another service company in town said it would be 7 days before they had an appointment available. Called the Sears service center and got a response saying they could have a technician available the same day. The tech call a few hours later and advised he would be in his way. Very polite and professional. Got it repaired in a timely manner, not a large price for labor. Anytime you pay someone to do work for you it is always a bit pricey but to have my dryer fixed and not have to go to the laundry mat was well worth the price!

Mr. Rigas was a great Technician. Very courteous, professional knowledgeable and Covid safe. He completed the diagnostic test and the machine seem to be working okay while he was here. I truly appreciate the great service and feed back, when inquired about something with the machine. I also appreciate him explaining the diagnostic fee that was miscommunicated to me by the call center. This is an issue that needs to be addressed, so that your service person doesn't have to deal with a customer that is not understanding of the error message received from the call center. Thank you for your professional courteous service. I have always received excellent pleasant, courteous treatment from your service Technician.
