Horrible!! My refrigerator has been broken for 4 months they come out and try and patch it up even tho I got an outside repair man to say it can’t be repaired. Every time I schedule a repair it takes them 3 weeks to come out to do anything!! Today they canceled the appointment and not I have to wait another 3 weeks for them to come and tell me it can’t be repaired which is something they already know!! Do not buy from Sears and do not use the repair men or warranty they offer!! It’s not good!!

Absolutely horrible. The only reason I'm bothering with a review is because they sent me a email thanking for using their service. I never got my equipment repaired by Sears. first, the guy who they sent didn't have a clue what was going on. He said the compressor was bad, and that it was on back order. A month later (and eating out of a cooler) I called Conn's and 3 days later they had a the compressor that it turns out I didn't need in the first place because the evaporator had a leak. Your customer service is atrocious. I love all people but someone on the other end of the phone that I understand would be nice. Your technician was a joke or a con artist. He completely misdiagnosed what was going on with my refrigerator, so that leads me to believe y'all was trying to cheat me. And on top of that now I'm getting calls from someone trying to sell me a new bathroom. Nothing on earth will ever make me do business with or recommend Sears. In life. Ever. Drink bleach. Twice.

I've spent about two months trying to get Sears to repair my refrigerator that flooded. Here's what happened: April 5: A technician comes out to look at my fridge. I tell him that it's flooded and won't stay cold. He sells me a warranty on the fridge and says "call back and tell them you have a warranty, they'll fix it for free." I also pay a $100 diagnostic fee. I'm roughly $200 out of pocket. April 14: I have another repair appointment scheduled. I take off half a day from work to be home for the repair. No one shows up, no one calls me to tell me that my appointment is cancelled. (insert several weeks of arguing with Sears) May 22: I have another repair appointment scheduled. A technician shows up, says "I don't think this is covered under the warranty, I'll have to check with Sears and let you know." May 25: It's been three days, I haven't heard anything from the technician or Sears. I call Sears. I spend about 35 minutes bouncing between departments explaining my situation. Someone from the Service Contract Team confirms that the service should be covered under the warranty. Someone else confirms that they (Sears) or the local technician will call me in the next 24 hours. May 30: It's been 5 days, I haven't heard anything from the technician or Sears. I call Sears. They now tell me that the service is NOT covered under my warranty and that the very first technician should not have sold me the warranty if the unit flooded. That's right, I've spent 2 months, >$200, and taken two half days from work only to find out that Sears will not fix my fridge under the warranty, because they mistakenly sold me the warranty. I now have to get Sears to refund all of my money so that I can get a different company to come fix my fridge. Long story short: I will never give Sears the chance to work on any of my appliances.
