  THE MOST UNHELPFUL group of people I have EVER encountered. Pray that you do not have to go to this office. They rattle on about how they can't give you legal advice when you are asking about how to navigate their own website!!! They shoved a little piece of paper with "instructions" on where to go but when I pulled it up and the link they said should be there was not there, they kept saying, "I dont know. You would have to know what you need. I cant give legal advice." Its not legal advice!! Its assisting with your own supplied instructions on your own website that did not produce the results you claim should be there! Outrageous!! Someone needs to come and see what is actually going on in there, because they have obviously taken one aspect of their training and run with it to be able to get out of knowing anything about or doing their jobs!!!

  These are the most unhelpful people. They don't know what to tell you to do or where to go to find out. Whenever you ask, all they tell you is that they can't give legal advice. I'm not sure why they even answer the phone.
