I had my snow blower belts and an oil change done. Adjustments were made for the new belts and also my carburetor needed to be cleaned. I'm ready for the winter of 2021-2022.

The technician called ahead of time to let us know when he would arrive at our house. He was on time, friendly, professional and worked immediately on our tractor. The repair was quickly finished, he tested the tractor and told us about the warranty and costs. We were completely satisfied with the service.

Very disappointed, the tech was inside our house for less than 15 minutes. Of the 15 minutes only 5 minutes was to diagnose the washer machine. The other 10 minutes were for the tech to get cell service so the app could tell him that the washer repairs and parts would cost $500. We had to pay $157 for the tech to tell us we needed to buy a new washer. He did not even take anything apart and was only in the house for at most 15 minutes.
