  We could not be happier with the service provided to us by Jim L and Joey M from ECI. A new boiler and associated piping was installed, along with a chimney liner. All in one work day. Thoroughly professional from start to finish, even while dealing with the narrow basement stairs when moving the old and new boilers. The workmanship on the water supply piping and the boiler and water heater exhaust piping is first rate. This is also true for the electrical connections at the boiler and the installation of two new thermostats upstairs. Our initial introduction to ECI was from a friend's recommendation. We received a visit to diagnose our needs that was followed by a very reasonable cost estimate. The crew arrived at the scheduled time and had on hand everything they required for the job. Their service vehicles were well stocked and organized. I will not hesitate to call ECI for additional work here at home and recommend them to anyone needing their services.   Very professional, cleaned up each day, explained every step, worked tirelessly, punctual, personable, quality work. Team Leader Dan was superior. Very conscientious, experienced, conscience professional. Team member Kevin was also superior! My husband & I are truly happy with the jobs done. We also had Dan & Kevin installed a new water heater since ours was over ten years old. Excellent job done. Recommend highly. We don’t one complaint about ECI. Joe the salesman was ready on calls for answers to questions we had. He gave us options no other company did. We did get estimates from other companies as well. Glad we chose ECI. I have to say our daily life has changed now that we have the same temperature throughout our house with three levels!!

  I have to say that this company is pretty great. Joe came out quickly after my initial call into the office, recommended the right sized mini split unit for the space and provided a proposal quickly thereafter. He was patient enough to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Once I committed to work with them our installation was scheduled within a week of the request. On installation day, both Dan and Ryan arrived on time as promised. They were professional and meticulous on the installation of the unit and took the time to answer all of my questions. My experience was an A+ from start to finish wit ECI!
