Paid $99 for them to come out to see what is wrong with my washer because it would stop through the wash and a code would pop up. The first person that came out said it was because of our laundry detergent. I thought that was weird for the reason why it stopped through the wash so I change to the pods. Of course it still happened. The person came out to look at it and said it was the detergent and to use the pods and I said we do.... then he said we need to raise our washer and to get the sliders. So we did and guess what we still have the same program. I will never buy anything from Sears again.

Looking for a washing machine part and get told to "do a little research and find it on my own"... makes complete sense why Sears blows. Literally made a call immediately after to another business and my part will be here Sunday thanks to them. Will never go through Sears as long as they cease to exist. Side note- The part I needed for my washer isnt in production any longer. I did not know this prior to my call. I told the guy I'm no expert on appliances so if the part isnt being made could I find another water inlet from a different machine, what kind of options do I have, or even if they could recommend a good place to start looking for a replacement. That's when he said "you are just going to have to find it on your own, do your research". I was the one who made the mistake of assuming that Sears appliance repair would have some knowledge of how to help me even if they couldn't find my part... wanted nothing to do with it.

When I first called I explained the problem that I woke up to that my refrigerator did not feel cold and I would like someone to come out. He proceeds to ask my information which I had to repeat several times because he did seem to understand and then he asks me why am I calling. I again explain that my FEFRIGERATOR feels warm I don’t think it’s working properly. He tells me the next available appointment is 8 days from now. I tried to explain again and asked if I could speak to someone else. He put me on hold when he came back he said there was no one else. He kept talking over me trying to get me to make the appointment. I had to hang up from aggravation.
