  I experienced a service interruption of my Web mail provider Sitestar.net. It has gone on for several days. I checked on the status of Sitestar.net on the BBB web page to see if the company had collapsed. The BBB site provided good, relevant information about the company. The chat line popped up, so I decided to query the issue with them. They answered my questions well and even made a phone call to Sitestar.net on my behalf. The help and advice I received from the chat-line was prompt, courteous and succinct. Since my business depends on a reliable Web Mail service, I decided to cut my losses and to go to another service provider. Thank you BBB for your excellent service!

  Shively Electric Company is great and very reliable. They have handled all of our needs over the past 6 years. Their entire team is fabulous including the office staff who are friendly and helpful, especially Jordan. All of their technicians are well trained and knowledgeable as well as efficient. We recently had great experiences with both Donnie and Darrell and both were outstanding! Thank you Shively !!
