I called Sears repair to set appointment for my lawn tractor. They canceled first appointment said tech got in accident and they would call the next week. They didn't call and after a week of frustration I got another appointment. Today tech came and he didn't do lawn tractor repair. WHAT????? Was told the tech who did mower repair quit. They lied to me and I don't know why they sent this guy out when he couldn't do the repair. Think twice before using this company!!

* Thank you, Darron. Your work at my home is everything I could expect. You are a credit to your profession! It is due to NO fault on your part that the repair work we need on our washing machine could not be done; the cost was ridiculously too high, and way beyond reasonable.

Where do I start. Our refrigerator stopped working over 3 weeks ago and we requested service (as it is still under warranty) for the repairs. The tech came out and told us that the part (condenser) were under warranty would be covered however once they changed those parts it would no "talk" to the motherboard of the refrigerator as they had so many issues with the factory condensers that they outsourced a new universal style condenser and that would cause it to not work properly, which meant we had to pay for a new motherboard out of pocket. We agreed to pay because we didn't want to wait for them to order the parts and figured we would pursue why it should cost us out of pocket for something that was not our issue. The tech ordered the parts and set up an appointment for a week later to have them come back out to complete the repairs. Today is the day they were supposed to be here and they did not call or show up for the allot time frame they gave us. When we tried calling (which we had done several times over the past week to figure out the charges) we are told that their system is down and that they cannot give us any information. I had to take a half day off of work to be here for the technician to do the repairs just to have them not show up and have no answer to when they will show up again, meanwhile I have no refrigerator. This has hands down been the worst experience I've had with any company. I get the system being down I suppose but asking us to just keep calling every 3-4 hours to check if their system is back working is absurd.
