  As expected, on a recent visit to the Wittock Supply Showroom in TC, Judy knows their various product lines; styles, finishes and option details, and guided me through another complicated design project. Her personal knowledge and yrs of experience saves me research time on web sites where I may have order products incompletely. Thanks Judy, Lynn

  Don't waste your time on this place. They will say they ordered something for you and string you along forever. Do yourself a favor and go to Ferguson as they can get most items in two days. NO, I'm not a disgruntled employee or work for Ferguson. Just telling you the truth

  I have never been treated so rudely by a store that I was trying to spend money in. The sales staff ignored my presence for over ten minutes even though I was the only one in the showroom. I went to the counter to ask for assistance and was told to wait while she finished paperwork. Another five minutes passed without either salesperson getting up from their desk, so I left. I went down the street to their competitor (Ferguson) and spent $299 on a showerhead.

Since opening our first branch in 1929, we have grown to 30 electrical and plumbing locations throughout Michigan by providing excellent customer service. Obviously we let you down and that is not acceptable or the way we do business.
