I remember the Sears I knew between 1972 and 1976, excellent repair facility, 15 trucks and 25 repair men! A man Gene Sapp was the service manager! That was a great store way back then! Phil Wellman Operating Superintendent Carol Simmons Manager

Will never use Sears repair service ever again. Highly unprofessional!! I had technicians come and do diagnostics on dishwasher and fridge. Dishwasher was fixed that day but had to wait for part on the fridge and a new service day to fix the part. Took off work and waited around from 8-5. Called around noon to the customer line and they told me to wait around till 5 someone should be out to repair my fridge. i waited all day and no one came. I tried to speak to a manager but the supervisor told me the managers don't take phone calls. NOT ACCEPTABLE! I can't take off another day of work For them to fix my fridge so I will be repairing myself. If you are contemplating using this place for business. I would advise otherwise. Don't waste your time or money.

It was a waist of time calling. The guy that came was ok, however, he was unable to find the problem. The suspected part that needed to be replaced was said to be out of date and unavailable. So, the visit cost me $95.00 with no results. I do not plan to ever call your service again. Do not know why you ask for this because I know it will go nowhere. I f you want to do the right thing refund my money.
