  My furnace caught fire and I had to have a repairman quick. I called and explained what had happened at 10 minutes before close. They said they would be there the next morning. Just as they said, they arrived the next morning and was able to order my new furnace that day. Just to add, the service person was so very nice and explained everything to me. Thank you for being so kind in such a very stressful situation.

  My furnace wouldn't work. It's snowing outside and it's 20 degrees out. The lady said she assigned it to a tech and when he didn't show up, I called and was told the tech wouldn't come out because of the roads. What am I supposed to do? I need heat!

  I referred a family member to them. He had them come do a quote for a complete system install in conjunction with a home purchase. They called a few days before closing and informed us they would not do this job because they have picked up bigger jobs. Now the closing date is being put off so another contractor can come in and give an estimate. This is completely unprofessional for any business. Will never refer them business again.
