Technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. Had to order parts for my refrigerator, and scheduled the return trip the same day they ordered the parts.

My review is about the company, not the repairmen. The guys that came out are fine. My complaint is that they are what is standing between me getting a replacement refrigerator from LG by refusing to say my fridge, still under warranty, cannot be repaired. They have been here 5 times, fixed it 5 times, it only lasts a week then fails. Then I have to wait forever for another appt. My repairman said they aren't allowed to say it can't be repaired. Probably because they make money for coming out as many times as it takes. I have not had this fridge since Sept 11, this is Nov & my next "earliest available" appointment isn't until Dec 11. I already know LG is a bad company that sells bad products, but if Sears (A&E) would just junk this, I could get a new one. Because of this, I'll skip their brand when purchasing my next appliance too.

The service man could not identify the whirlpool refrigerator I had. He spent five minutes trying to look up the ID number inside the fridge. Then he looked underneath the fridge for about a minute and said he couldn’t see a leak. Can’t help me. Then he said that’s $90.00. When I tried to use gift cards which are accepted, he didn’t know how to use them. It was like a first grader came out to my home.
