  Our tech, Larry, was very professional, courteous, and friendly. He explained the problem with the cooktop and was able to fix it quickly. Very impressed with the service and Larry's attitude toward customer service and customer satisfaction! I would have rated this job higher had there been more than 5 stars!   Scheduling times are too broad (8am till 5pm). Most parts had to be ordered and arrived within a few days. The returned appointments to replace those parts were scheduled three weeks later. The Tech placing the parts order could determine the parts were available but had no control over the scheduling.

  Although it’s been 4 months to get this repair done, going to the laundromat for that amount of time and one of the techs caused water to spray all over the floor. After all of that I was pleased with the service today.
