  When they FINALLY answered the phone, I was quoted $61 for a dryer heating element that I subsequently found online for $19.95. I understand making a profit, but that's excessive. I'll never use them again!...UPDATE: The owner sarcastically thanked me for shopping with them and bemoans not being able to compete with the internenet. Did he once apologize? Did he ask me to give his store another chance? No ladies and gentlemen, he didn't. He proved my point, he doesn't care, he ONLY wants your money! I ask you NOT to give it to him, shop online instead!
