They came a day later after faing to show up for the original appoinent. Then the refused to repair the washer because the tag was missing or had fallen off. My wife offered to pay for any repIrs with cash to avoid warranty problems because we need fhe washer. They refused and left. Washer still broken. Shopping for new one today. I can guarantee we will not be purchasing kenmore.

So I used Sears appliance through my home warranty. Took the day off and the guy never showed. However, Sears lied and they did show up. Now I have to pay a $75 service fee for a guy who didn’t show up. So now not only am I out of a days work but also $75. Do not use this company. I called multiple times and they didn’t know what to do. How about you pay me back my $75 and do some training on honesty....

The person who set up the appointment promised a senior discount of 15% when asked if there was one. The repair person (who was nice and efficient) said a discount was not indicated on the order he had. While he was here I contacted the repair service number and was told they didn't give discounts even though she asked for a discount coupon number which was never given me. Being on a fixed income, this lack of follow through on what was promised is very distressing. I doubt I will use Sears Appliance repair again.
