  * Techs were great; however I have a problem with the no written estimate policy until after I approve service. I wanted a written estimate BEFORE I authorize payment and was told this was not the normal way Sears does business. This is not an acceptable business practice and is beyond the control of the technicians. I'm waiting now 10 minutes for the estimate to arrive in my email after the technicians left and still don't have it. This alone will make me think twice about any future business with Sears repair. Where is my email? What proof do I have of payment required to fix my appliance? Very poor customer service on the part of Sears management.

  The technician that came to my house was awesome. He was on time and efficient. Getting the service scheduled was a nightmare! The customer service reps (and I spoke to 3 different ones) spoke poor broken english and were difficult to understand. The first one actually hung up on me when I said I didn't understand, could he please repeat his statement. Additionally, my refrigerator broke two weeks before Christmas...and FINALLY got repaired the second week of February. I went 7 weeks without a refrigerator! NOTE to self: NEVER buy a SEARS product again!

  * I was so blessed by the technician. He took the time to patiently explain everything to me. I was slow a couple of times in understanding and yet he would reexplain it to me. I actually just passed on your service to a gentleman in my congregation who also needs his washer repaired. I can not thank you all enough.
