*Update* - I had a second appointment scheduled where the technician failed to contact us when they were unable to make the time slot. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I had what I felt was a good experience with Sears repair, when our dishwasher needed maintenance. After a quick part replacement the issue was still not resolved (didn't know until I ran a load of dishes again, as the part "should" have fixed the issue) and I paid a significant amount for the labor. I thought I was covered for the service, so I wasn't too upset. However, when I scheduled another appointment to have someone come back out to take another look, nobody called or notified me that the appointment window would not be met. When I called they informed me that the repair person was stuck on another job and would call as soon as he was on his way. I did not receive another call and was rescheduled via email to a date that did not work for me. I am not thrilled with the lack of communication and hope Sears will be completing the repair of my dishwasher for no cost.
