  We have used Leone for various service calls, including fixed 4 leaking pipes to our heating system, installed kitchen sink, and boiler maintenance. Andy is always the one answering the calls and responds promptly when left voicemail. They are timely in getting the job done and fixed. I would recommend Leone for all your heating and plumbing needs.

  Leone Plumbing and Heating completed a total remodel of my bathroom and installed a new water heater for me. Their craftmanship was excellent. The workers were professional, neat and on time. The owner, Andy was easy to work with and very responsive. Looking forward to working with them again.

  Timely, reasonable prices.. installation could have been considerably better had the tech told me how unlevel the hot water heater was going to sit. I had the scrap to level out the floor, this also would have allowed the restaining straps ( recommended) to be installed. This is my third time using Leone but I'll need to think long and hard about calling them again

  Sorry you feel that way Brian. Typically, upon a normal water heater install, we do not offer carpentry services for uneven floors. We are unaware of any type of straps that are recommended for water heaters in manufactured homes. As you mentioned, we are always timely and try to deliver the most reasonable pricing for all our customers. We simply replaced your old unit located within your closet with a new unit in the same closet, the same day that you called in for service work. It has been over 2 months since we performed this for you, and this is the first notice of uneven floors, if you would have called us we would have been more than happy to assist with correcting the problem.
