Took over 3 weeks to repair my refrigerator. I had no refrigerator for 3 weeks. Guessed at what was wrong with out performing diagnostics of any kind. Ordered parts from places that took weeks to get here instead of parts from Denver that could have been here the next day. Very dissatisfied with the whole service and then I had to pay over $300.00 in the end.

They have never showed up to replace the part-we are still waiting and have been since January-supposedly ordered part. Have contacted several time and have called the repair center back several times It was escalated to a supervisor that was going to contact us-no word yet and oven is not repaired still waitng and witing-very dissappointed as we love Sears on a whole but the repair service is horrible Please contact someone to complet this repair as it has not been completed as yet

Microwave Service was scheduled promptly and within 24 hrs. Serviceman arrived on time, was professional and knowledgeable. Needed to order a part....was told would have it in 4 days. Called on day 4 to say had the part in hand...(another serviceman) was out the next day to install. Both technicians were excellent! Timely, knowledgeable, experienced and gave us tips for better performance of appliances in future. Very happy with Sears service!
